You may use the site to find out about our work and to contact us. Please do not misuse it: no attempts to break in, overload it or send harmful files, and no false details in our forms.

Estimates and quotations

The price builder gives an estimate, not a quotation or an offer. A price is fixed only in a written quotation from us, which follows a site visit, and a job goes ahead on the terms of that quotation.

Booking a site visit on the site is a request. The visit is booked once we confirm it by email.

Information on this site

We work to keep this site accurate and up to date, but it is general information, not advice for your own house or job.

Planning and Building Regulations information is guidance only, taken from official sources. Please check your own case with your local council or a professional.

Photos and drawings show the kind of work we do. The size, layout and finishes of your job are agreed in your quotation.

Our content

The words, photos, drawings and design of this site belong to BuildLink Limited or are used with permission. Please do not copy them for business use without asking us.

Links to other sites

Links to other websites, such as WhatsApp or a council or government website, are there to help you. We are not responsible for what those sites contain.
